Architectural Variance Procedure

We have noticed a couple of additions to properties that have not gone through the proper channels for approval. With Spring right around the corner we know many of you are thinking of home improvement projects. Please be sure to send in an Architectural Variance Request form so that the Committee can approve or have you make changes to your plans prior to building. It is much easier to change a drawing and plans then to have to change a structure.

Please remember that shed are included in the restrictions. They may not show above the block wall.
