Stonefield Terrace Neighborhood Watch

I'm in constant fear of being attacked and killed my next door neighbor . Back in summer of 2013 I notice that the house next to me would have a man in white van parked out in front of their house constantly watching me in my garage.Some times there be hispanic teenagers just standing there in constant vigile of my garage and it's contents. Any way I went on my Cancun vacation for the summer , came home and my wooden side gate was ripped open and the AC unit was stolen from the ground they cut the coils and stole the air conditioner . I bought another unit $2400.00 later but I was asking them to file the police report and I notice that my neighbor was not my neighbor it was a whole another hispanic family coming out to talk with the police and me about the incident. So I kept living my life cutting my grass waving hi to them and they'd rush into they're house with their heads constantly staring at the floor as to avoid any contact with me . So winter came and I notice my natural gas was extremely high in the $350.00 A MONTH  yeah I called centerpoint energy he came out to see my meter and I saw my neighbor 12310 Scarlet  River Dr. Houston,TX. stealing my gas . They don't keep the same AC unit in their yard either the husband builds house his a carpenter for contractor in Katy TX. They always change AC units they go through my trash when I put it out side . The guy in white van isn't staring at me in garage lately after I called the police to make burgarlery reports . But I've had to put survelliance cameras out side . I never when they're going to just bust through my door and kill me , I can hear them in spanish laughing and carrying on at 3:00 am right by  my bedroom window. They'll whistle and make my driveway lights come and off just enough to stay out of camera lens . Because they see extactly where the camera is pointing . They've got different woman coming in and out the house my grand parents won't turn off they're car when they come visit in fear that those people will steal the car , they tried to steal my spare tire off my nissan pathfinder . I can't leave my chevy pick up out because my friend came to visit me on barbecue and not ever 5 minutes in my yard and his alarm goes off in the front street , the wetbacks had ripped the hood open and were running down the street with the chevy LED lights in thery're hands . They'll steal my mail any thing I ordere online and UPS leaves it in my front gets stolen.
