A Greenville County pickup was parked by the pond today. The employee walked the dam and checked out the outfall by the road.
I went out with my kayak and felt there was very little flow (basically not detectable), and water was about 4 - 6 inches over the top. I removed a turtle from the top and still no flow. So, I manipulated the assembly up and around, and now there is a good amount of flow.
We'll need to keep an eye on it.
