The first association ice cream social took place in September at the community pool. It was a welcome event due to the past 72 days without rain and temperatures over 100 degrees! Gallons of ice cream and toppings were dished out to the 105 residents who stopped by the pool. The residents talked with each other about upcoming city events. Related association issues were addressed and several were passed on to Premier Communities, the association?’s management company, for further discussion.
