A Message From Our President

Who's Arland Preston

I am Arland Preston, and I am delighted, honored and ready to serve as your President for the 2006 - 2007 term. I have lived in Stoneybrook for the past 7 years. I am a graduate of the University of Baltimore with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, a Masters of Science degree in Negotiation & Conflict Management. Presently I contract my services through Long & Foster brokerage as a professional Real Estate Agent and Counselor. I believe that my educational background and the love for Stoneybrook Community places me in a position to do a very good job as your President. Still, I will need your prayers, support and participation to make Stoneybrook Community Association a success.

Building a Safe, Strong and Beautiful Stoneybrook Community

Stoneybrook is a vibrant, beautiful and progressive community and the role of the Stoneybrook Community Association (SCA) is to enhance that status. We are composing an aggressive agenda for enhancing the health and general well being of the community. This includes manning and executing our Citizens On Patrol program which will be comprised of Block Captains and Patrol drivers. The Woodlawn Police Department has agreed to come out and train our volunteers how to maintain a safe and crime free community. Block Captains and Patrol drivers will be instructed on the do's and dont's while on patrol. of

What can you do to help!

Our Beautification, Mediation, Home Ownership, Event Planning, Helping Hand Committees will all be playing an
active role in meeting our community
objectives. However, they all need your help. You can call Arland Preston
