Debate continues over Draper and Kramer?’s request for City approval to relight the beacon on top of the Palmolive Building at 919 N. Michigan. The SOAR Board of Directors has passed a resolution supporting another trial lighting of the lamp for a one- to two-week period (with media and building notification) ?“to allow residents an opportunity to fully experience its impact.?”
