Cynthia Hirsch has been appointed to the SOAR Board of Directors to fill a vacancy. As an active volunteer, Cynthia has led SOAR?’s efforts to reorganize, streamline, and update its administrative operations. Recently she has committed extensive time, energy, and expertise to coordinating the office move from the 24th floor to the 2nd floor of 215 E. Chicago. We look forward to Cynthia?’s continued contributions to SOAR leadership.
