the community of Sulphur Springs has been trying to get its neighborhood watch program off the ground for quite some time. Now, Ms. Tonya Thomas has stepped up to be the new NHW Coordinator and she is encouraging residents of Sulphur Springs to get involved in the neighborhood watch movement. "We are in the best position to protect ourselves, but its going to take concerned citizens to make it happen. The NHW meeting are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the RICH House, 8218 N.
