Architectural Committee

The Architectural Committee reveiws all plans for new construction or installation of fences, outbuildings, patios and etc. to ensure that all aspects conform to the Covenants. This is simply to help ensure that everything conforms to certain standards so we can maintain or increase curb appeal and property values. Please contact John Rideout if you plan to do any new construction or installation.

1. Bryants, 2 Wyman Court: Wood Privacy Fence.

2. Shockleys, 5 Rustcraft Drive: Wood Privacy Fence, Driveway enlargement and concrete pad for utility shed.

3. Smiths, 55 Rustcraft Drive: Moving Privacy Fence, Enlarging Patio and covering Patio.
