To the New HOA.  You  guys are trashing this neighborhood so bad that I really don't know why anyone would want to move here.  Everything you post on this website is being posted to a National Website that anyone can see.  Good luck trying to ever sale your house with the way this website is being used.  You really should consider turning off this website.

 I am sorry that you feel that HOA is "Trashing this neighborhood".  The fact is that there are really people with real problems and THEY are voicing those concerns.   I  would live to see any community that does have problems at times.  The encouraging side of this is that people will be able to see the change and see that the communication has opened back up again. 

FYI there is a new site underway  www.riversidechase.com.  Until there is a forum for people to ask questions and post concerns on the new site I would encourage people to continue to post so that others can see that things are changing.

I didn't say that I thought the HOA was trashing the neighborhood - I said to the NEW HOA, meaning you and Sara.  I do realize there is a new website and hopefully everyone will dothere bashing on that website so that everyone across the US will not be able to read about it.  Like I said in the other post that I put on here and that is that this website was not originally set up to communicate with the HOA or to leave bad comments about the neighborhood, it was set up to give out communication to the neighborhood, and to post our newsletters.  Unfortunely the old information no longer exists on this site, or you would see that not all the HOA has been as bad as you think.  Good luck with all the changes that you think you guys can make happen.  I truly hope that you guys are able to do what no one else in the 13 years that I have lived here has been able to accomplish.

And I still would like to see this website taken down.
