Main topics were the status of collection of over due HOA fees, sending out notices and steps to take if Dues not paid.
Also discussed were the up comming community yard sale and the Dumpster day, as well as future activities for our community.
A Lawyer is being consulted, making sure our paper work is in order.
We Have a new Treasurer, Kristine Vanderman Reis.
Even though our Treasurer could not attend she was able to send a budget report.
We need at least 85 percent of property owners to pay their dues each year to meet our minimum budget.
That pays for the street lights, grass cutting, office supplies ( stamps, ect.), and misc costs.( Yard sale ads, Dumpster rentals Ect)
No date was set yet for a Community HOA meeting. One will be set soon. Another Board meeting will be held on 13 June.
