I just want to let the HOA Board know that I have enjoyed working with you all, especially Brian Smith whom I have great respect and has calmed the storms we all faced in our designated positions. Those that have served with me have become great friends, and I hope those friendships will always continue.
To our homeowners, I was glad to have served you for the past two years as your treasurer, and I want to assure you that I accounted for every penny of your money.
I know Tracy LaChance will do a fantastic job as your new treasurer, and although the board is currently short of a secretary, I know the members will pick up that extra duty and you will continue to receive newsletters and ballots, etc.
On a final note, I also want to stress the importance of attending the quarterly membership meetings and serving on the board. Just one year on the board, a few hours a week, and you will feel more informed and have the satisfaction of serving the community in which you live.
