I'd like to see a simple proxy form. Ours is confusing.
Our association does not hold elections according to our by-laws. The election process has been handed over to the management company by- passing our Secretary.
Something has to be done to protect the residents. As it stand now in most associations the Board, management companies and the attorneys hold all the power. The only recourse a resident has is to sue.
Apparently the State legislators understand the problem because there seems to be a movement to create some kind of real recourse for the resident.
