There are currently 85 residential lots in Highland Cove. Last year only 36 owners participated in the Homeowner's Association.
These 36 families paid for the maintenance and upkeep of all common areas (Entrance Island & Highland Cove Place Fenceline). They also subsidized the Newsletter, the Yard Award program, the Holiday Decoration program and the Community Nite Out program.
The other 49 homeowners were:
Too Busy
Forgot to Pay Thier Fair Share
Did Not Care
Rode the Bus for Free
Have forgotten why they choose
to move into this Neighborhood
Highland Cove is a great secluded community, has a great location, has a diversified group of homeowners, and has affordable housing for the working class.
It would be a shame for it to deteriorate into just another trashy neighborhood with falling poperty values because YOU 49 homeowners choose not to participate.
