Directors?’ Report
Hi Neighbors,
A lot of things have transpired in the last month, as most of you know. We have not had a maintenance supervisor for the last month, which has placed a lot of things to be done in the hands of the Management and maintenance workers. Michelle Erfman has taken on emergency maintenance issues that occur in the evening and over the weekend. Thank you Michelle.
Recently, we have noticed that people are dumping food in the mail kiosk trash cans. This causes a very unpleasant odor, especially considering the warm weather we have had as of late, in our mail kiosks. Please be sure to empty food and other garbage that may cause an displeasing odor to the doggy waste receptacles. Thank you.
Although we are making every effort to keep trash off of the property, we are asking for your help as well. If you see trash on the ground, please take a moment to toss it. It would help to keep the grounds looking good for all of us.
We have 318 association owners in the Park covering 27-28 acres. I just wanted to draw a little introspection.
The management, staff and board are working hard to get and keep this place looking its best. Michelle has done a lot to keep crews working since Mike left.
I would also like to acknowledge two of our board members who have volunteered to close-up and watch over both pools. Those of you that use the pools know them but in case you don?’t, Rick Miles and Charlie Herleman are their names. Kudos to them!
Please watch speeding inside our park. It?’s a 10 mile per hour speed limit. We do have a lot of children riding bikes and neighbors walking the property. So, please take care as you?’re driving through and watch your speed.
Dog owners are reminded to cleanup after your pets. Several additional Doggy Waste receptacles have been placed in the Park for your convenience. Remember leaving behind pet waste is not only a health risk, but is not very attractive either.
Thank you!
Not a good note to end on.
My best wishes to each and every one of you!
Clint Helton
