SP Board Meetings Minutes May 2001

Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order at 7:30PM by Clinton Helton. The meeting took place at Holy Love Lutheran Church.
Quorum:
Mr. Helton asked if a quorum was present. Lisa Meriweather, Secretary, affirmed that a quorum was indeed present.

Approval of Minutes:
The April meeting was canceled, no meeting minutes to approve

Maintenance Completed This Month
· Grounds Clean-up
· Completion of resurface/coping/tiling at East pool
· Opening of East and West Pool
· Removal of two large trees that fell during storm
· Lawn aeration
· Postemergent weed control for rock beds and dandelion areas
· Mowing trimming and edging of lawns
· 18-20 Roof leak repairs
· Gutter repairs
· Sprinkler start-up
· Completion of scheduled siding for year 2001
· Skylight repairs
· Fertilization of lawn
· Continuation of trim painting project
· Tree care spraying
· Electrical panel change out
· First mowing
· Repair of broken sprinkler line in front of 15157 East Purdue
· Time and set clocks on sprinkler system
· Beginning of brick sealing project

Projects to be Completed in June
· Mowing
· Pool Maintenance
· Continuation of trim paint project
· Hand weeding rock bed clean up
· Asphalt patching
· Sprinkler repair
· Speed bump removal
· Concrete work
· Re-sod area around maintenance facility and other designated areas
· Asphalt seal coat of entire property possibly end of June
· Gutter and roof repair

· Consideration and decision on additional amount to be allocated towards concrete repair prior to asphalt seal coat
