This email address is a great place to send any and all HOA communication to board members including proxy notices/votes for annual HOA meetings, covenant violation complaints, architectural committee forms requesting approval, etc.  We provide this email service in order to save our homeowners the trouble and expense of sending correspondence by snail mail.  Board members will check email at least once a week.

Our P.O. box will also be checked at least weekly by board members.  This is the place to send annual HOA dues payments, special assessments, on-time payment of fines for covenant violations, and any forms or correspondence from homeowners who choose not to use email.
