good afternoon, my name is wendy and im conducting some research for my graduate paper. i am going to school for a master in political science. my paper is going to deal with homeowners assocations the postives, negatives and all views of those involved as well as views of those not belonging to an HOA. i am putting up posts on numerous HOA sites through-out the united states. i hope to compare not only the views of HOA's and their members but the changes noted through-out the country. please feel free to post your thoughts, feelings and concerns. please keep postings anonymous.
