Is anyone out there angry that our HOA fees have gone up drastically because of the increase in the earthquake insurance? I have asked a few other people in other townhomes and their fees did not go up. Is Real Support looking out for us? Did they look into other carriers to see if we can get a lower premium? I am disgusted.

And if you check out what they are using our money for you will see that they are charging us way too much for everything. I would like to know where they get their quotes from. we should have a say in who they contract with the pool equipment is way too much I would love to know where are they getting the equipment from and its not as much as they tell us my son does pools he says they over charge for everything this is just a example

I am really upset, this is totally ridiculous to increase HOA like this. I am keep getting notices of Increase in HOA assessment or a special assessment since i bought this property. How can we make a sound against this increase? As far as I know our insurance doesn't cover earthquake then why they are increasing our HOA due to increase in earthquake insurance.
