Construction has begun!! Building #836 was the first building to have the front
stairwell construction begin. Conner Construction began the repairs on Monday
April 27, 1998.
Plans are for the contractor to remain on sight untill the last building is completed.
Natuarally this project will take many months and plans are for the buildings
themselves to be completed in about three weeks each. Once the stairwells,
landings and decks are finished, the staining will begin. Waterside I will have a new
appearance by year end.

your concerns and input about this major renovation.
