We discussed the budget on the irrigation on Elm Street, June has not received replay on her bids yet. She will resend. We want to get Elm irrigation started as soon as possible due to the amount of repairs listed last year.
We discussed the budget on landscape and June will talk with the landscape foreman about not trimming the newly planted trees. Also the new trees are not about to be replaced, so we need to make sure landscape doesn?’t prune or trim until roots are established.
June read the minutes form the last meeting in March and asked Jon if she could make come vocabulary changes before the final print ?– for the newsletter. June had a paper with name and number of a gate repair person. Requested to get a reasonable rate if multiple home owners need gate work.
June brought up the garbage can problems. Sally had pictures of the offenders and asked if she should send out notices. We discussed the CC&R?’s about the time for 24hr grace time period and was unanimously voted to start sending out fee?’s for chronic failures.
Fees $50 for first time offense, 2nd $100 and $1000 each additional occurance.
Notice was given to homeowner with lawn chairs in front yard and ask to remove non-compliant pictures from wall ?– Sally.

We discussed the cycle of trimming the trees and shrubs. Kirtie will decide the actual schedule and changed trimming time to once a quarter with trees twice a year. Note: new trees should not be trimmed until roots are established (DaveJ). Look into replacement of the mesquite tree on the s/w corner of Mercury and Elm St, make sure all stakes are removed from the trees to prevent damage. He (DaveJ) will look into Eucallyptus on the E. Side of Elm street that has the problem.
Kirtie will get with Daveand she then will control the irrigation timer and set the clock for every 4 days. JimB will provide her a key ?– RV gate. She will also cut off system for leaks.
