July 2003 - second event for bulky trash drop-off nets more than 9 tons of trash

May 2003 - Bulky trash drop-off point collects 8 tons of trash

2001 - SNA is registered with City, making our neighborhood eligible to recieve public grants and other benefits.

2001 - Property purchased by the City for development of a community park (land at the corner of Binz-Engleman and Foster Roads).

Sunrise Community Park opens for business early 2003.

New brick entrance sign at Foster Road and at FM-78 entrances. Along with restored electical service and new plantings.

Flashing stop sign lights at Foster Road entrance.

SUNRISE CONTINUES TO HAVE ONE OF THE LOWEST CRIME RATES IN SAN ANTONIO!

Neighborhood SWEEP Program benefitted all 1,900 homes in Sunrise.
