To All Homeowners that are paying $340 a month in Association fees:
Please take a good look at our property and the Homes. Also look at the extensive rule violations that are continually happening in the complex daily.
The buildings are continuing to deteriorate, the roads are disintegrating, the sports courts are closed for safety because they are also deteriorated,
Homeowners that do not pay there dues have not been sent to collections in a timely manner.
The Governing Documents are not followed or enforced by the current President. The current President refuses to enforce the rules and has not been working with the best interest of the Homeowners.
As the President these fiscal responsibilities are her responsibility!
If your not happy with the current Presidents incompetent performance please ask Pat Proctor to resign immediately!
