To signal a resurgence in the program, I'd love to see some new Neighborhood Watch signs go up on the block. Perhaps at neighborhood entry points (such as Klamath River Dr. and Trinity River), as well as prominently displayed around the park. I'd be willing to pitch in, or purchase a sign myself, and could also be the contact person on installation day.
