Sunset Hills HOA

Congratulations!!!! to the new board of directors for the Enclave at Gross Lake.  Although I understand that the covenants state that all of the HOA dues should be the same, I appreciate the efforts by the Enclave Board of Directors in inviting 5 Star Landscaping Company which is currently under contract with the Enclave to provide landscaping services to all of the common areas.   The Enclave terminated their contract with Trugreen because Trugreen dumped debris and garbage into our lakes.  As a homeowner in Highgate, I believe that our President should have terminated the contract with Trugree also, because they were caught by Newton County Code Enforcement dumping trash behind homes in the Highgate Townhome area lakes.  It is  my understanding that 5 Star Landscaping gave our President a proposal to decrease our grass cutting dues to offset the increase in the Enclave dues and he was not interested.  It is his duty to be a GOOD steward of our HOA dues we pay to the Highgate HOA.  I to, too this very date have never seen a budget or been informed of any elections for board officer's at the Highgate HOA.  If there are any other homeowners in The Highgate Townhomes who feel like we need to at least look at what is being proposed please respond back.  I for one would not want to pay more if I don't have too. Also I understand that the Highgate Board of Directors do not pay HOA Grass upkeep dues.  THATS UNFAIR!!!!
