How do I get Architectural Control Committee approval?

We need two sets of plans of plans and specifications which meet the following requirements:
- Plans for the construction or modification of roads or driveways shall show the proposed location, course, width, grade, and materials.

Plans for the construction or modification of any building, fence, wall, or other structure shall be building elevation plans which show details of the lot, exterior color scheme, proposed outdoor lighting, proposed landscaping, and shall show and otherwise identify any special needs or conditions which may arise. At the request of the ACC, the person submitting such plans shall locate stakes on the lot which indicate the corners of a proposed structure. The plans for the first structure to be located on lots shall include a landscaping plan, including a specification as to the proposed time for completion of the landscaping.

- Plans for the removal or planting of trees and plants shall show the location, type, and approximate size of the tress or plants to be added or removed.

- Plans for site surface water drainage.

Criteria for approval:

The proposed action shall meet the covenants, or design guidelines adopted by the ACC. Approval may also be withheld or conditioned if it is in the opinion of the ACC, the proposed action will be detrimental to the community or to any other owner because of the following:
--grading and drainage plan
----location of improvement on the lot
--color scheme
--finish design
--proportions, size, shape, height, style, materials of home or structure
--outdoor lighting proposed
--landscaping plan
--impact on view rights or privacy

Approval is limited to the plans provided

Any such actions which have been approved shall only be taken in conformity with the plans and specifications actually approved by the ACC, and no changes in or deviations from the approved plans and specifications shall be made without the prior written approval of the ACC.
