GOLD CANYON SEWER COMPANY APPEAL UPDATE

On February 10, 2010, at 9:30 am, a hearing was conducted in Superior Court to hear arguments (20 minutes each side) regarding the appeal filed by the Gold Canyon Sewer Company.  A decision on the appeal has not been rendered.  Larry England attended the meeting to represent the Gold Canyon Community Associations United and Al Clark attended representing the Mountainbrook Village Community.  Pat Prince, Founder of the Gold Canyon Community Associations United, will post an update and send an email as soon as a decision has been rendered.  Should the  Gold Canyon Sewer Company win the appeal, our rates will increase and may or may not be retroactive.  Stay tuned.!
