We need to get the word out on this to all people that purchase water from H20 Inc. and have Johnson utilities for Sewer. Not only in Castlegate - but all other subdivisions using Johnson Utilities for sewer & stand together as a Union while voicing our concerns to the Arizona Corporation Commission in Phoenix.
This increase is a rip-off and is unfair to all consumers that purchase water from H20 Inc. and have Johnson utilities for Sewer.
** I live in Castlegate on Shapinsay Drive, past 4 years - initially when Johnson Utilities took over, with me unknowing - they set up my account wrong charging me $ 28.00 a month for Sewer. I continued to pay; my neighbors were stating that they were paying $ 41.08 a Month. It just so happened, I had an issue with my bill, called them and the Lady at Johnson utilities told me my account was set-up wrong:
**I AM PROBABLY THE ONLY ONE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD THAT KNOWS THIS, & CAN PROVE THIS WITH MY PAST BILLS FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS TO JOHNSON UTILITIES.

-- IF YOU BUY WATER FROM JOHNSON UTILITIES, THEN YOUR SEWER RATE IS FIXED AT
$ 28.00 a MONTH.
--IF YOU DO NOT BUY WATER FROM THEM IT IS $41.08 A MONTH.
NOW THEY WANT TO GO UP!!!---NO, NO --WE ARE ALREADY GETTING RIPPED-OFF

We need to correct this unfair action against us. Van, set a time and date, I will be there. In the meantime Get the word out, spread too you neighbors and @ church.
