You may not have internet access or receive a monthly newsletter from the HOA or even half a brain but I can assure you they do exist. The monthly newsletter does a great job with keeping homeowners up to date with West Point happenings but the BOD is in no way required to send you ''meeting minutes'' included in that. Do you have any idea what the cost of something like that would be? Want to hear what happens in the meetings?? Attend or shut up. I, for one, am not willing to have my HOA dues go towards something like this anyway. I would rather see my money spend keeping this neighborhood clean, etc. And by the way....don't your eyes get tired of reading EVERYTHING IN CAPS. Turn off CAPS LOCK!

If you take a look at the board index you will see that I haven't posted many things on this website.
My point about the ''Constant Barking'' was just that if you are going to have a dog and it's a constant barker why not put it inside or stop it from barking so much. The dogs around my house are left outside all day and night and every little sound in the area gets these dogs going.

''I have much to learn in life'',well,why don't you LEARN to turn off your caps when posting a message. And while you are at it you might want to LEARN to be a little less hostile to others. You are obviously a coward since you can't post a message without giving your name.

You don't know who I am, and you would be surprised if you did.
It's people like you that don't need to post on this board.
