I was curious if all improvements in the front and back yards need to be approved and what kind of changes constitute getting approval. Plant changes? Concrete work? What about adding on to my back Patio or extending the patio cover? I don't remember seeing anything in the CC&R's about any of this, other than the initial landscaping for the reimbursement. Please inform me, I don't want to do anything in violation.
