Baseball

I hope it is good for property values. I can't stand the overcrowding here. I prefer a more rural town. It's becoming a city very quickly. Downtown surprise is what the mayor is calling it. If I wanted the convenience of having all these things right where I live I could have stayed on the east coast. So far all these additions to Surprise (walmart, home depot etc) have only created low paying jobs. Arizona is beautiful but I don't want to stay in surprise.
