Please explain why you perceived the ealier response to Dave as rude. The response appeared logical based on Dave's remarks. Additionally, your suggestion to ''take a deep breath'' can be perceived as condesending. I'm sure that was not your intention but I wanted to maked you aware. If Dave is in the room, you may want to ask his opinion.

hi dave, on second thought i think ive waited long enough as have the rest of the residents in westpoint for completion of the broken playground. i need you to post the name and contact information for our insurance carrier ( liability) as im quite confident they will make sure this repair is done immediately if not sooner. i certainly hope our rates for coverage do not increase due to incompetent HOA board members and their inability to get safety issues resolved.
