We just found our community page so this is a bit late. Around first week of October, around 8:30-9:00 am. A green four door vehicle parked across the street from a school bus stop (Wolf Run Drive). A white male with black hoodie was in the driver seat but slouch down very low in his seat that I couldn't see him at first. As I drive this route every morning, there is always a small boy walk across the street (alone) by himself. As the child walk across the street, the man in the vehicle poke his head up enough and was starring at the child. I went down two blocks and turn my vehicle around to get the license plate and the vehicle was no where to be found. I reported this incident to the police and to Westerville School.
