Your help is needed to make Swann Estates a SUCCESS!!


I am interested in helping our in the following areas - -


[ ] Block Captains: Reports any crimes or issues brought up by block residents to the Swann Estates Neighborhood Association President and Neighborhood Watch Coordinator. Works with the Neighborhood Watch committee. Responsible for assuring delivery of the Newsletter to their block residents.

[ ] Neighborhood Watch: Work with Block Captains, City of Tampa Neighborhood Crime Watch, City Police and Fire Rescue to set up Neighborhood Watch topics of discussion and meetings.

[ ] Newsletter: Contribute story ideas and/or write articles. Assist the Newsletter Editor with the publication and distribution of the quarterly Newsletter.

[ ] Website: Contribute and/or keep up to date the information appearing on our neighborhood website. Assist the website editor to update the events calendar. Identify items that may be useful for distribution in the Newsletter.

[ ] Special Events/Hospitality: Plan and coordinate neighborhood events such as picnics, block parties, progressive dinners, holiday gatherings, etc.. Plan general meeting snacks and obtain donations from local businesses. Work with the board to obtain speakers for meetings.
