I like it so much I would like to claim it as my own, but alas tis not to be. Instead I am repeating a friends thoughts: Chief Kenney stated that his department responded to 96 false alarms at the SSPlaza in 2004. Well, if we had a paid detail fireman on the premises to validate the need for an alarm might that not save unwarranted responses? If you know why this would not be effective maybe you'd be kind enough to let me know the reasons.
