Dues Reminder

There are still seven homeowners that have not paid their 2005 dues. Please make an effort to get those paid by the 15th of April. After the 15th, we will file in small claims court. We will require dues, costs, and attorny fees to be paid at that time. These fees will be much higher if we do seek legal action. History shows, the court awards almost 100% in favor of the Homeowner Associations. Please think about this!
