Sylvan Park

NEIGHBORHOOD ALERT:
Be On the LookOut (hence the name BOLO) for a black man in a little red car, older model Nissan or Toyota, boxy rather than sleek, with a license plate in the back window and significant front bumper damage. He has been seen cruising the neighborhood and picking up lawnmowers and bicycles. He mostly cruises by day and steals as late as 3:30a. I've alerted our contact, Sgt. Michele Coon, at the West Sector.

Call the police non-emergency number, 862-8600, if you see this guy. And try to get a better description of him or a license plate number (although I bet he has a collection of them).

I've sent this to most of the e-mail addresses I have for Sylvan Park. Spread the word.

Anyone see where my grill went?

Its been a couple of weeks ago but someone stole my old gas grill. I didn't report it as it was too decayed to matter much to me but I did lose about $14 in Propane. Anyhow, I saw your post, Doug, and thought I would add my loss to this string. If you are sending out some blanket e-mails regarding crime sprees and shady characters please add my e-mail to your list!
