Sylvan Park

I live on Nebraska and have been awakened 3-4 times a week by a dog barking between the hours of midnight and 4 a.m. I am wondering if this is bothering anyone else? I have a dog myself so I am not bringing this up b/c I hate animals. Actually, I love all dogs....just not the ones barking in the middle of the night. If anyone knows of this dog or its owners can you please pass along the message that we are in need of a peaceful nights sleep. thanks
