I am Founder/Chairman of a new management consultancy, a 20-year N.Y.P.D. police veteran, and an academic,. I hold a master's degree in Criminology – the study of criminogenesis, human behavior, and motivations. And my PhD dissertation in Public Policy Administration focuses on the systematic study of leadership/management reform programs on local, state, and federal levels.
