We have lived in CT,CO,and MA. Looking for something new. I have a Wife, two kids (10 and 8). We know the northeast is not the answer. Yes its stable and money to be made, museums, education, but the weather is not conducive to wanting to go out. We are probably considered part of the shrinking middle class. Any Ideas for areas around Sacramento?
Is sacramento the answer?
