Tamaron Neighbors

Do we have any means of finding people who are willing to assist senior citizens in GNW who don't drive.  I moved here in 2006 and while I love my neighborhood I feel very isolated since I don't drive and cannot walk due to Asthma & COPD.  I would love to get acquainted and take advantage of events in our Neighborhood.  Any ideas?  My phone # is 210-977-0779.  I'd love to hear from someone.
