The newsletter is prepared by volunteers within the society. The purpose is to inform the membership of society business and items related to the culture of orchids.

All committee reports must meet a first Friday of the month deadline to be included in that months issue.

Additional material may be submitted at any time for inclusion in the newsletter, space available. All members are encouraged to contibute articles, growing tips, culture notes, announcements of local orchid events or items of general interest to our membership.

A full color issue of our newsletter is distributed via e-mail to those members that have an e-mail address. A black & white copy will be labeled, postage affixed and mailed to other members.
