NEW BUSINESS

Assessments: Invoices for 2007 - 2008 will be mailed 1st week of July. The cost is $115 - there is no increase at this time.

Assessments/Collections: The Board has approved an outside collection agency to assist in the recovery of past due TWOA assessments. The past due balances will be handled by the collection agency on a case by case basis. The collection agency, in some cases, reports its findings to the Credit Bureau. This may have an adverse effect on a resident's credit rating. Assessments are legally mandatory.

Interim Treasurer Status:
Luke has recently resigned as treasurer of TWOA.

Darlene Sralik will serve as our current treasurer - WELCOME!

Restriction Request: Board denied a swimming pool request.

NCC Report: ODOT meeting about 70 & 71 split on 6/23, 5-7PM, Health Department on Parsons. Our membership dues and banquet money are due. Darlene to give Bob check at next meeting.

Wednesday, May 30, approx. 6 PM. A bald man in a black car with red stripe around the side approached 2 young (pre-teen) girls and a toddler on Mt. Rushmore Court. He insistently (?’ah come on, I live right down the street?’) offered ?“pop its?” (little fire crackers) from a white bag. The girls ran to their homes and their parents have filed a police report. The parents were told by police, in similar situations to this the person often returns to the same area.
