Our neighborhood has a BRUSH pick- up coming. It is BRUSH ONLY. They city will not take plastic garbage bags. Leaves and such MUST be in those big paper lawn bags available at Home Depot, Lowes, and usually HEB. They will not take plastic bags and it is BRUSH only.
