As many of you know, we have had a Board Member pass away last month. Helen had served as Secretary for 16 yrs not to mention the years served as a non-officer. According to our bylaws we have 45 - 90 days to fill this vacancy. You must be a member in good standing. The term will run from appointment until October 2013.
