Hello Neighbors,

In today?’s world with the hectic schedules we all lead, very few of us have the time to meet and know our neighbors. In creating this quarterly newsletter it is our attempt to change that. We would like this newsletter to be our community vehicle for us to communicate and unite as a community and even perhaps to establish those neighbor relationships of long ago.

We look forward to keeping the homeowners abreast of what is happening within and around your community.

A different section of the CC&Rs will be highlighted in each newsletter. Since everyone is not able to spend time reading all of the homeowner documents, we will try our best to highlight some of the more important issues.

We will also be including a summarized version of the minutes from the previous Board meeting so those homeowners not able to attend in person may still be aware of what is happening at the meetings.

We hope you enjoy reading the newsletter.
