All homeowners are invited to attend the meetings of the Tatum Vista Homeowner Association Board of Directors. In the past, the Board has held four or five meetings per year. In a effort to approve/disapprove architectural submittals in an open meeting and still respond to these requests in a timely matter, the Board has decided to hold monthly meetings on the second Tuesday of every month. To avoid delays, we ask that you submit your requests to the management company prior to the Board meeting so that we will have time to review them prior to the meeting.
