Quick note to all residents.
I've witnessed coyotes on the property, including between buildings at several times of day and over by the park. Anyone who leaves any cats or small dogs outside runs the risk of losing that pet. Also the same risk applies to children, tell you kids to watch out for wild animals. Remember to tell them to stay away from any animal running loose. Small children should not be left out side.
Also according to Parker PD there have been multiple wolf sightings. And these sightings are apparently legit.
