HOA Annual Meeting Wrap Up

We had a great turn out at the annual meeting for Tecumseh Ridge. We added more Board of Directors living in all areas of the addition to help represent all the needs of the neighborhood. Some issues to pass on to all is:

--Parking Issues: Our neighborhood Covenants state no over night street parking. Day parking on the street is allowed. The intent is to keep the streets from having excessive parking making it less safe for our children and keeping the addition looking more presentable which helps all our house values. Please use your drive ways as much as possible. The general opinion of the neighbors at the meeting was flexibility since we all have visitors and family that stay short term. If you see a situation where a car is always parked day and night, week after week, contact the Board of Directors for assistance on this issue.

--Dog Walkers: We all like meeting our neighbors when they walk the neighborhood but if many walk their dogs and they leave dog watse, it really doesn't set well. Please carry a plastic bag and be neighborly and pick up your dog's watse.

--Trash Cans: Lets try and keep the neighborhood looking less cluttered. Try and place and return your trash cans as close to the day of collection. Also avoid putting unbagged trash in them, it blows down the street.
