At the most recent POA Community meetings on September 21st, elections were held to fill two openings on the POA Board of Directors. Sterling Killian and Jorge Mendoza are the outgoing Board Members. We thank them for their service!
Dawn Norman and Shannon Jones were elected to fill the vacant Board positions, although Shannon expressed his regrets in having to resign due to family commitments. The Board met October 12th and appointed Kris Cassat as the fifth board member to fill the vacant position, in accordance with the By-laws.
Also in accordance with the By-laws, the Board elected officers from among its members to serve as President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer until the next annual meeting/elections in September of 2007.
